1. Warranty Overview
At Rapidcon Construction Systems, we stand by the quality and durability of our construction work and EPS Panel installations. Our warranties ensure our clients receive long-term reliability and peace of mind.
2. Structural Warranty (10 Years)
Applies to Foundation, Columns, and Beams. Valid only if designed and constructed entirely by Rapidcon Construction Systems. Covers repair or rectification of structural damage at no cost to the registered homeowner if the issue falls within warranty conditions.
3. EPS Wall & Slab Panel Installation Warranty (3 Years)
Covers installation quality of EPS wall and slab panels, strictly if installed by the Company.
The warranty ensures resolution of installation-related defects for up to 3 years after completion.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:
Defects caused by external forces, natural disasters, or modifications made by unauthorized parties. Structural damage resulting from poor maintenance, misuse, or third-party alterations. Installation work conducted by anyone other than Rapidcon Construction Systems.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
The registered homeowner must file a written complaint via email within 15 days of the issue arising. Provide supporting documents such as construction agreements, receipts and photographs of the issues. Allow Rapidcon’s inspection team to assess the damage. Upon verification, repairs will be completed within 30 days of the complaint acceptance.
